In winter, Lake Runn transforms into a paradise for ice enthusiasts! Glide across beautifully maintained ice tracks, cleared and polished by the dedicated volunteers of Runn-IS. At our reception, you can rent long-distance ice skates or a kick sled – everything you need for an unforgettable day on the ice.
After your adventure, warm up at the historic Villa Herdin. Enjoy a hot drink and a delicious meal while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views over the lake.

Looking to stay longer? We offer cozy cottages close to nature, or you can park your motorhome or caravan at one of our scenic spots with electricity, right by the lake and forest.
